Refund & Cancellation Policy​

Standard Charters

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before boarding are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before boarding are non-refundable.

Event Charters

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before boarding are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before boarding are non-refundable.

Weather & Government Restrictions

In the event of adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, or instructions from relevant maritime authorities that prevent the charter from operating safely, guests may choose either:

• To reschedule the booking to another available date.
• To receive a full refund of the deposit.

Al Ali Yachts LLC reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment terms are not met.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Al Ali Yachts LLC shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, or for any other costs arising in connection with the charter.
