Refund and Returns Policy

In case of cancellations, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice. In the event of cancellation from Al Ali Yachts LLC, you will be notified at least 3 days before and you may nominate a full refund of deposit or transfer your deposit to an alternative date.

If a person becomes unwell and requests to be returned back to shore, then no refund will be given and it is also up to the Skipper’s discretion whether or not to return to port.

Al Ali Yachts LLC or its representative reserves the right to cancel the rental due to non-observance of payment conditions.

Al Ali Yachts LLC will not be held liable for any loss of personal belongings on board and indirect costs incurred by booking a charter with us.
